Ingredients to make Tuna Beignet:
- 1 Cup White Flour
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp White Pepper
- 1 Tbsp Baking Powder
- 1 Tbsp Spring Onions, Cut
- 1 Can Tuna, Dried
- 2 Eggs
- ½ Cup Oil
Method to make Tuna Beignet :
- In a bowl, add white flour, salt, white pepper, baking powder, spring onion, tuna and eggs. Mix well
- Mold mixture into a mini patty form.
- In a pan on medium heat, add ½ cup oil and cook patties for 1-2 mins on each side.
- Serve with a slice of lemon on top.
