- 1 Cup Tom Brown Flour
- ½ Cup Sugar
- 1 Tsp Yeast
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Cup Milk, Warm
- 2 Tbsps Yoghurt
- 1 Tbsp Spring Onions, Chopped
- 2 Pcs Mackerel
- In a bowl, add tom brown flour, sugar, yeast, eggs, warm milk and whisk. Keep batter in warm place for 30 mins.
- In a pan on medium heat, cook batter for about a min on each side.
- In another bowl, add yoghurt, spring onions and mix
- On a plate, add blini, pour yoghurt sauce on top, and put a piece of mackerel on each blini.
