Ingredient For Pineapple Crumble Recipe:

  • Half Pineapple
  • 100g Corn Starch
  • 200g Oats 200g
  • White Flour
  • 500g Brown Sugar
  • 200g Dessicated Coconut
  • 50 g Cinnamon Powder
  • 50g Ginger Powder
  • 200g Salt 200g
  • Unsalted Butter

Method To Make Easy Pineapple Crumble Recipe:

  1. Cut pineapple in cubes and place in bowl. Mix corn starch with pineapple.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix oats, white flour, brown sugar, dessicated coconut, cinnamon powder, ginger powder, salt and unsalted butter. Mix well.
  3. Add pineapple to an oven safe bowl and cover with oats mixture.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes at 180 °C
