- Half Pineapple
- 100g Corn Starch
- 200g Oats 200g
- White Flour
- 500g Brown Sugar
- 200g Dessicated Coconut
- 50 g Cinnamon Powder
- 50g Ginger Powder
- 200g Salt 200g
- Unsalted Butter
Method To Make Easy Pineapple Crumble Recipe:
- Cut pineapple in cubes and place in bowl. Mix corn starch with pineapple.
- In a separate bowl, mix oats, white flour, brown sugar, dessicated coconut, cinnamon powder, ginger powder, salt and unsalted butter. Mix well.
- Add pineapple to an oven safe bowl and cover with oats mixture.
- Bake for 45 minutes at 180 °C
