Ingredients For Mushroom Soup Recipe:
- ½ Cup Oil
- 2 Pieces Leeks, Cut
- 2 Carrots, Cut
- 1 Apple, Cut
- 200g Mushrooms (Local)
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp White Pepper
- 2 Cups Water
Method To Make Mushroom Soup Recipe:
- In a pot on medium heat, add oil, leeks, carrots, apple, local mushrooms, salt, white pepper and cover to cook for 3 minutes.
- In the same pot add 2 cups of water and cover to cook for 2 minutes.
- Blend soup and serve with cream on top.
