- 3 Cloves Garlic
- 1 Ginger Root
- 3 Pcs Kpakpo Shito
- 3/4 Chopped Onion
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 3 Tomatoes
- 1/2 Cup Red Oil
- 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
- 1/2 Lbs Boneless Chicken
- 1 Tbsp Tomato Puree
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 6 Garden Eggs, Boiled for 15 mins
Method To Make Easy Garden Eggs Stew Recipe With Rice:
- Blend garlic, ginger, kpakpo shitto and 1/4 chopped onion with 1/4 cup of water. To create a garlic blend.
- Blend tomatoes with 1/4 cup of water. To create a tomato blend.
- In a pot, add red oil, vegetable oil, boneless chicken, 1/2 chopped onion, a mixture of the tomato blend and garlic blend and tomato puree, Cover and cook for 5 mins. To the same pot add salt and 6 boiled garden eggs. Cook it for another 5 mins.
- Serve with rice.
