Tuna Beignet Recipe

Ingredients to make Tuna Beignet:

  • 1 Cup White Flour
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp White Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Spring Onions, Cut
  • 1 Can Tuna, Dried
  • 2 Eggs
  • ½ Cup Oil

Method to make Tuna Beignet :

  1. In a bowl, add white flour, salt, white pepper, baking powder, spring onion, tuna and eggs. Mix well
  2. Mold mixture into a mini patty form.
  3. In a pan on medium heat, add ½ cup oil and cook patties for 1-2 mins on each side.
  4. Serve with a slice of lemon on top.
